A religious & <strong>Spiritual Fatwa</strong> is published on Facebook against Geo TV Channel on a blasphemous transmission against the holy and divine authorities of Islam “<strong>Imam ELY (aj) and the daughter of Mohammad (SAWW) lady Fatima -al- Zahra (SA)”. </strong>

This <strong>Spiritual Fatwa</strong> is clearly based on true reference of Shariah and there is no authority to challenge it or accept any excuse from the defendants. This is a final decision of our Lord that any one who Blaspheme against these holy ones should be put to death publically. Everyone involved in this programme /telecast on GEO TV, including those have taken part directly or indirectly in this Blasphemous transmission must be charged under a death penalty.

It is also defined in this Spiritual Fatwa, that every one must be charged under the “law of blaspheme” and not under the law of blasphemy against the companions / Sahaba of our holy Prophet Muhammad (saww). As the Ahlel Beit(QJ) in Islam, Qur’an and Sahaif are not equal to the companions / Sahaba. The Sahaba’s / companions of Muhammad (saw) were the servants of the Ahlel-Beit (QJ).

Congratulation to Dr.Mukhtar Ahmed of HEC

Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on Tuesday appointed Dr Mukhtar Ahmad as chairperson of Higher Education Commission (HEC). The notification of this appointment has also been issued.

Former HEC chief Javaid Laghari’s term had expired on August 26, 2013. On November 12, 2013, the government had handpicked University of Engineering and Technology Peshawar (UET) Vice Chancellor Imtiaz Hussain Gilani for the post on acting charge. His tenure ended on February 12, 2014. The government was under strict instructions from the Islamabad High Court to appoint a permanent head at the earliest. The prime minister also approved Pervez Said as the new Managing Director of House Building Finance Corporation. Said has served as CEO of Burj Bank, worked in Al-Meezan Bank, Johnson & Johnson and Citibank.

In January, the government had announced that a six-member panel would determine the right man for this key job.

Three names were dropped for unknown reasons and eventually a three-member committee – headed by Minister for Planning and Development Ahsan Iqbal, and including State Bank of Pakistan’s former governor Dr Ishrat Hussain and Dr MB Shami – started its work. The committee, after going through the credentials of the applicants, had initially shortlisted 21 names from among 103 applications. On February 11, Iqbal-led committee chose three names including Ahmad’s. However, all the names were reportedly rejected by the PM, who is the controlling authority.

Dr.Mukhtar Ahmed, Executive Director (HEC) has been nominated as Chairman  Higher Education Commission of Pakistan. We heartily congratulate to him for his nomination and believe that in his chairmanship Higher Education Commission will continue it’s development more positively and successfully.

This decision of Prime Minister of Pakistan is appreciated, as the said nomination is without any political background and the said officer was deserving the said honor, said by Prof Dr Syed Akbar Abbas our Chief Executive and a well known Senior Journalist internationally.

Abdullah Abdullah next President in Afghanistan. Not a good news for Pakistan.

Preliminary and partial official results from Afghanistan’s April 5 presidential election show a close contest between opposition politician Abdullah Abdullah. The Afghan Independent Election Commission has counted more than 500,000 votes of the seven million ballots cast. The early figures put Abdullah Abdullah in the lead with nearly 42.9 percent of the votes counted. Announcing the details at a news conference Sunday in Kabul, Commission Chairman Ahmad Yousuf Nuristani cautioned this is not the final result and the frontrunner could change.

Afghan officials also acknowledge that recorded incidents of serious fraud have exceeded figures for the 2009 presidential election when more than a million votes were canceled. Nuristani says his commission is determined to address the issue. He said there is no doubt fraud has taken place in many parts and the Independent Election commission is firmly committed to resolve the issue within its authority and present only those results that are free of fraud. Nuristani vowed to do so in a transparent and open manner in the presence of media, election observers and representatives of the candidates. He emphasized the primary job of investigating irregularities and fraudulent votes lies with the country’s Independent Election Complaints Commission.

There could be a runoff election between Abdullah and Ghani if neither gains more than 50 percent of the vote when the final results are announced on May 14. The initial results show a third candidate running with the support of President Hamid Karzai’s brothers – Zalmai Rassoul – trails far behind with nearly 10 percent of the votes counted. Speaking to reporters, presidential candidate Ghani said the lead Abdullah has at this stage is not significant.

“We are in a hundred minute (football) game and we have only down with ten minutes,” Ghani said. “So, as Chairman Nuristani said the results will change every day, every two days, three days.”

The international community is praising the high turnout of an estimated 60 percent of the 12 million eligible Afghan voters in the April 5 balloting, there are fears the evidence of widespread fraud could undermine the legitimacy of the election seen crucial for Afghanistan’s future stability. The winning candidate will replace President Hamid Karzai who has been leading the country for more than 12 years and could not run again because of constitutional limits. The political transition will be the first democratic transfer of power in war-ravaged Afghanistan.

Abdullah Abdullah was already against Pakistan in the past and falsely blaming against Pakistan developing terrorism in Afghanistan rather than accepting the truth that Afghan Taliban’s are the major terrorists developing terrorism inside the Afghanistan and in Pakistan as well. His coming as President will not be a good news for Pakistan and Terrorism will increase more and more in Pakistan in future.

 

4th attack on Express News in Lahore, Raza Roomi saved in a terrorist attack

Lahore: Two unidentified gunmen on Friday opened fire on senior Pakistani analyst and writer Raza Rumi, a highly vocal critic of the Taliban and religious extremists groups, leaving his driver dead and guard injured.

Lahore police spokesman Niyab Haider told PTI that two motorcyclists intercepted Rumi’s car at Raja Market, Garden Town, and opened fire on it. Rumi remained unhurt while his driver Mustafa and guard Anwar suffered bullet injuries.

They were rushed to hospital where Mustafa was pronounced dead while the condition of Anwar is state to be critical. Rumi is a highly vocal critic of the Taliban and one of the few in the media community here who came out openly against Lashker-e-Jhangji a sister concern of Sipah-e- Sahaba.

It is important to know that General Secretary of Sipah-e-Sahaba a terrorist and sectarian killing group is a Senior minister in Government of Punjab namely Rana Sanaullah who is also involved in Sectarian killings of Rawalpindi in last year.

He also frequently spoke against the sectarian groups and religious fundamentalists in the country. Rumi had recently joined the Express TV channel and was anchoring a talk show.

This is the fourth incident the Express media group came under attack by terrorists. In the previous attacks Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan had claimed the responsibility, saying the group especially its English publication – Express Tribune – is criticising the banned group.

Lahore police chief Shafiq Ahmed has termed the incident “target killing”. He said two teams had been constituted to investigate the matter. The journalist organisations of the country condemned the incident. They said that killers are under the shelter of Punjab Government then who can arrest them? And how they can be traced out of the Province of Punjab?

She had to suffer the grief of the martyrdom of her husband, sons and daughter, but she continued to struggle indomitably for the party and continued to look after party workers and office-bearers. Such towering personalities were not born every day.

Mr Hussain said that the vacuum created by the death of Mrs Bhutto would not be easily fulfilled. She had acquitted herself admirably after the judicial murder of Zulfikar Ali Bhutto and displayed extraordinary courage and determination in difficult times. It was because of her upbringing that Benazir Bhutto also preferred to sacrifice her life instead of bowing down before the dictatorship.

Mr Hussain offered his condolences to the Prime Minister, President Zardari, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, Ms Sanam Bhutto, and all other leaders and workers of the PPP. He prayed for the eternal peace of the departed soul and for patience and fortitude for the bereaved family members.

Syed Kaleem Imam got his PhD doctorate degree.

Islamabad Syed Kaleem Imam, former inspector general of Islamabad Police and presently serving in the Intelligence Bureau has been conferred with doctoral degree on his thesis: “Problems of Governance in Pakistan: a case study of Police Administration 2001 – 2008.”

Imam defended his PhD thesis in the International Islamic University before a panel headed by Dr. Nazrul Islam, Chairman Politics and International Relations, IIU (supervisor), Dr. Husnul Amin, Assistant Professor, Department of P&IR, Faculty of Social Sciences, IIU (internal examiner), Dr. Adnan Sarwar Khan, Chairman Department of Political Sciences, University of Peshawar, Peshawar (external examiner), and Dr. Noman Omar Sattar, HOD, Nuclear Politics, National Defence University, Islamabad (external examiner).

Earlier, two international examiners namely Professor Dr. M. Shamsur Rahman, Rajshahi University, Bangladesh, and Professor Dr. Ishtiaq Ahmad Choudhry, Centre for South Asian Studies, University of Berkeley, California, USA, have scrutinised the thesis and had strongly recommended for its approval. Imam took admission as a PhD scholar in IIU in 2006 and successfully completed all credit courses and annual examinations with distinction despite being heavily committed in his professional work.

 He has collected primary data from 32 districts and 278 police stations. The study is expected to provide scholars, police department, state stakeholders and other concerned, a basis to ponder and further explore a theme to synthesise for a future vision; and also formulate policies which are likely to be beneficial for a properly governed police administration in Pakistan.

Recent scientific research has confirmed the miracle of Prophet Muhammad Al-Mostafa (peace be upon him and his holy progeny) regarding “moon splitting”.

Moon can be seen splitted into two clearly, NASA reported.

It has been proved through a picture captured by NASA which was published throughout the world. The photo from NASA using Apollo 10 and Apollo 11 shows a clear indication (a line) that the Moon was split in past.

The report, spread on scientific foundations in different global parts, said that the picture which illustrates splitting of moon confirms that the moon was split into two halves during its geological age. The report said the scientists were unable to give any scientific explanation for happening of ‘moon splitting’ as any such splitting was never happened to any heavenly body prior to what happened to the moon. The geologists assert that it is impossible that such a line appears save the moon was split into two halves and then it was rejoined.

This miracle of the Prophet (peace be upon him and his holy progeny) is mentioned in the beginning of Sura Al-Qamar (the moon) about the split of the moon [54:1] ‘The Hour has drawn near, and the moon has been cleft asunder (the people of Makkah requested Prophet Muhammad to show them a miracle, so he showed them the splitting of the moon)’.

The miracle existed at that time for the people of Quraiesh when they challenged the prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him and his holy progeny) to show them a miracle, or a proof that he is the Messenger of Allah. The challenge was to split the moon in to two pieces when it is full.

As was related by Adbullah ibn Mas‘ud, while they were in Mina one night, Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him and his holy progeny) split the moon into two by a gesture of his index finger. The two parts had separated and receded so much apart from each other that to the on-lookers one part had appeared on one side of the mountain and the other on the other side of it. Then in an instant the two had rejoined. Then, the Prophet (peace be upon him and his holy progeny) turned to us and said: ‘Be witnesses!’

The amazing and wonderful phenomenon of the splitting of the Moon when it was full was a manifest sign of the truth that the Resurrection, of which the Holy Prophet was giving them the news, could take place and that it had approached near at hand.

This was a manifest proof of the truth that the system of the Universe was neither eternal nor immortal it could be disrupted. David Mosa Pidcook (leader on British Muslim Party) said: It was shown in BBC a program where there was a debate between three experts.

The discussion was about if the amount of money paid by NASA to send a human to land on the surface of the moon to study the inner structure of the moon was worth it or not? The American government authorized a budget of $100, 000, 000, 000 (one hundred thousand million dollar) for this project. One of the discoveries of that project was that there is a layer of material that splits the moon into two halves and the only explanation to this discovery that the moon was split at some times in its history and rejoined!!!

Federal Minister for Religion Allama Hamid Saeed Kazmi badly injured this afternoon. His driver was dead on the spot & his 2 gun man injured seriously. The said incident took place near Sector G-6 / 3, Islamabad. The said Sector is already involved in terrorist’s activities. Several Mosque in this Sector are the said terrorists. Intelligence agencies are not properly taking action against these kinds of religious places for some reason. Whereas, it is clearly disclosed to every one that a so called Muslim sect is involved in these kinds of terrorism. Majority of them are directly trained through their religious extremists like Sipah-e-Sahabah and Lashker-e-Jhangvi.

This so called Muslim sect is developing religious hatred and terrorism with the help of Al-Qaida and Taliban’s of Afghanistan and have their links with our enemies like India and Israel. These terrorists were supported by deceased President of Pakistan General ( Late) Zia-ul-Haque. The terrorists involved in this incident are surely of the same area of Sector G-6 in Islamabad or accommodated in this sector by the same supporters of Lall- Masjid. If there will be a proper search or the Mosques related to the above sect in this Sector, the terrorists involved will be arrested positively.

Indian Agents of RAW arrested for bomb blasts in Punjab-Pakistan.

LAHORE, 29^th Jan 2009:

CIA police claimed to have arrested three RAW agents allegedly involved in terrorist activities in the provincial capital. Capital City Police Officer Muhammad Pervez Rathore disclosed this while addressing a press conference at District Police Lines here on Thursday.

He said he had given special target to DIG Investigation Mushtaq Ahmad Sukhaira, SSP Investigation and Superintendent of Police (CIA) Muhammad Umer Virk for tracing the terrorists and their activities. They constituted a special team comprising expert officials of CIA Police which arrested these terrorists namely Muhammad Fayyaz alias Faja, Muhammad Ikram and Shahzad Bhatti of Ludhar village, Burki area, Lahore.

The CCPO said that during preliminary interrogation, the accused confessed that they had gone to India seven times. He said the accused told the police that basically they are smugglers but later developed intimacy with RAW and started working for them. They had handed over some pictures of Lashkar Tayyaba Mansehra, Markaz Lashkar Tayyaba Muridke and Markaz Lashkar Tayyaba Chichawatni to RAW and received Rs 200,000 from it, CCPO added. The accused also confessed that they had committed bomb blast at Ferozpur road near FC College in 2006 in which two persons were killed while 14 others were injured.

Pervez Rathore said the terrorists had made plan of a bomb blast in Markaz Lashkar Tayyaba Mochi Gate, Jamia Qadsia Choburgi Lahore, Jamia Masjid Lashkar Tayyaba Millat Chowk Faisalabad, Markaz Lashkar Tayyaba Mansehra, Markaz Lashkar Tayyaba Muridke and Markaz Lashkar Tayyaba Chicha Watni which the CIA police foiled. The arrest of the terrorists is a big achievement for Lahore Police, he added.
